Her life as a sales team executive for a Fortune 250 Company prepared her well for the relentless life as one of the top realtors at the Jersey shore. Dorothy practices a disciplined sales process that she honed over several years through specialized training and working with Mike Ferry, one of the most influential real estate consultants in the country.

She earned the #2 top realtor position for the entire State of New Jersey with a former agency, first in all regions outside of North Jersey and in the Top 5 in Ocean City.

Dorothy was also the recipient of Chairman Circle Award in 2014, and was entered into the Circle of Excellence, Platinum Level that same year.

The continuous precision she brings in deciphering markets informs her targeted strategies and produces swift results.

Dorothy is known for, “working a listing,” meaning that even before the listing has hit the MLS, Dorothy is picking up the phone and calling the strong list of potential buyers she keeps at her fingertips from constant prospecting. In fact 54 percent of Dorothy’s closed deals come from her own listings.
